My system is a school management and results processing platform designed to simplify how academic data is handled in schools. It allows administrators to upload student results through CSV files, automatically match students by name, and store their marks under the correct subjects, term, and school. The system is built to support multiple schools using a unique school code, ensuring that all data remains separated and secure for each institution.

The platform goes beyond simple result storage by applying a NECTA-style grading and ranking system. It calculates grades, points, division, and averages for each student, then determines their position within their class based on performance. It also applies a “best seven subjects” rule for division calculation and clearly indicates when a student has incomplete subjects. This makes the system useful for academic reporting and performance tracking in a structured and standardized way.

In addition, the system includes an automated communication feature that generates personalized SMS messages for parents. These messages include the student’s subject-by-subject performance, division, average score, and class position, and they are grouped by class (Form 1 to Form 6) for easy management. Administrators can preview messages before sending them in bulk, making communication between schools and parents faster, clearer, and more efficient.
